| What Do I get and How do I get it? |  | A typical set of note cards are size A2 (4.25"x5.50" approx) and includes 10 cards with matching envelopes in a clear plastic box for easy viewing and storage. Note cards are printed on 80# Wausau lightweight bright white cardstock and envelopes are Fox River vellum in a coordinating color. Most cards are blank on the inside. Single sets are shipped as shown in a padded envelope. Multiples or bulk orders are shipped in several different forms depending on order size and postage requested. All orders are shipped USPS. |  | Acceptable forms of payment:
I accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover Card through Paypal, a secure transaction site. (Paypal offers other payment options, such as electronic check processing too!) At checkout, you'll see a link to go to Paypal and fill in your own information on their site (unless you already have an account, then you just have to sign-in). The transaction is quick to complete, is secure, and will make a fast turn-a-round in the ordering process. Orders are shipped as soon as payment clears, consider this when using the electronic check processing (3-10 days). | | |
Want personalized Cards, calendars, or graphic designs? | | Personalization... How does it work? 
| - Email me a picture of your Pug-(.jpg, .bit, .tif(f), .png) Please let me know if there are any of my pre-design cards that you like the style of or the general theme of the card you want, otherwise I will just design a general note card around what looks best with your image. I will then email back your choices. You will have several options to choose from and this is where you can then make any changes to the card and state your final approval. (Some photo editing may be done to finish an image or help it fit in a certian format)
- When ordering a pre-designed card and want something printed on the card (like a family name or small note on the inside)...just order as usual using the shopping cart but include in the notes section at checkout what you would like printed on the inside...be specific and please keep it simple! You will get an email for approval before printing and this order will be treated as a special order for shipping.
- Is there a charge? Yes and no...it depends on the work. Most orders are not charged a design fee, however if a card is requested that demands a lot of time to create or complicated graphics enhancement there may be a small fee added on-and you will be notified of this charge when the request is made. I do offer bulk discounts (prices are reflected in Christmas card section) that could offset any design charges.

Before | Send me a picture of your little Puggy and I will design a card around his image! Whether it is a note card for fun, simple summer tea party invitations, or birthday cards-we can do it for you!! | 
Completed card | Small amounts of photo editing will be done to better fit the image into a card, including some "erasing" such as tags or small imperfections. Sometimes the photo is enhanced (such as this "glowing" image enhancement) and other times the image is made into a painting or sketch. Red (or green) eyes are repaired and unneccessary background items are either removed or blurred to enhance the primary focus. |  | You are emailed samples and you given the option of purchasing at that time and making any changes to text or design. Once you give final approval for print, you are sent an invoice for payment. When payment has cleared, the cards are printed and mailed to you in a very short period of time. We make all our cards right here and are hand folded and boxed for shipment. There are no middlemen, this gives us the opportunity to oversea our quality. This ensures a quality product! Want something new and different just for YOU? Do you have a digital picture of your pet? It can be any animal or breed. (I just prefer Pugs myself!) | Email the photo to me and let me know what kind of card you want (birthday, thank you or blank etc.) | I design a card for you and send you an email with a sample card, you make the final approval! (you will have at least 2 templates to choose from) | 
I take your photo and MAY make a few photo improvements to it. In most cases, I only have to touch up any lighting issues and remove tags or give their eyes a little sparkle! | 
Just let me know what you like...favorite color, whether a design you like on the website is what your aiming for, or a particular holiday. I can also use filters to make them look like a painting or other design. |
